I was looking through a list of monsters, getting inspiration for this challenge, and I came across the Kelpie, I've known about the myth of the Kelpie for a while, thanks to a tale in "By these Ten Bones" a werewolf book I loved as a teen. But I didn't know they could appear as humans until now so... Oh other inspiration is the New 52 run of Bat Woman.
